      Obituary for Vance Bouman
      Vance D. Bouman, age 70, of West Olive died Friday, May 4, 2007 at his home.

      He was a member of Community Reformed Church. He was a veteran serving in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his daughter Cara in 1996.

      He is survived by his wife Ruth of 48 years and children:
      Debra and Les Brink of Holland
      Brian Bouman of Holland
      Brenda and Vaughn Koning of Holland
      8 Grandchildren
      1 Great grandson
      Sisters:
      Lynda and John Kalman of Grand Rapids
      Corlyn and Don Oetman of Allegan
      Dawn and Randy Cook of Holland
      Brothers and sisters-in-law:
      Jim and Jean Wenke of Granger, IN
      Tom and Pat Wenke of Libby, MT
      Several nephews, nieces and cousins.

      A Funeral service with Military Honors will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at Community Reformed Church 10376 Felch Street in Zeeland. Dr. Dann Stouten will be officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.

      Visitation will be from 7-9 PM on Monday, May 7, 2007 and from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at Community Reformed Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland or Community Reformed Church Building Fund. Arrangements are by Lakeshore Memorial Services 11939 James Street in Holland.
