A Mass of Christian Burial for Shirley Vanderheite, 50, will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Bridget's Catholic Church, Ewings Road, Newfane. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery.
The former Shirley Richter, a Ridge Road resident, died Tuesday (Oct. 30, 1990) in Newfane Inter-Community Memorial Hospital.
At St. Bridget's, she served as a special minister of the Eucharist and also was a member of the St. Bridget's Prayer Group.
Survivors include her husband, Richard; three sons, Rick, based with the Army at Fort Bragg, N.C., Chris and Todd; a daughter, Julie Russell of Appleton; her mother, Helen Druszkowski Richter of Appleton, and a brother, Frank Richter of St. Petersburg, Fla.
