OBITUARY
John Calder Rodger
December 18, 1944 ? October 7, 2010
In his 65th year, John passed away comfortably at Campbell River Hospital with his family by his side. He will be sadly missed by his dear wife, Annemarie; his sister Patricia (Dave); his brother Kevin (Sharon); his nephew Jamie, and his nieces Laura, Angela (Dan), Nicole and Emily; and brother-in-law Rick and Mother-in-law Dora.
He left close friends behind in Ontario; but met new and loving friends in Campbell River over the past five years: he appreciated you all.
John carried the burden of his mesothelioma cancer for two years much as he faced life in general: with humour, openness and courage. We thank Dr Marsh for his guidance and support.
In keeping with John?s wishes, there will be no service. ngements under the direction of Sutton's Campbell River Funeral Home, Campbell River, BC.
